Divi Hair & Scalp Care FAQs
1. Use once daily. Shake well before use.
2. Apply 3/4 of a dropper (1ml) of Scalp Serum directly to dry or towel-dried scalp wherever results are desired.
3. Let it soak in. A slight tingling sensation may occur - this is just the serum working its magic.
4. Consistency is key! We recommend using Divi’s Scalp Serum for 3 continuous months to see best results.
We recommend using ¾ of a dropper (1ml) of Divi’s Scalp Serum once a day. Whether you want to apply in the morning, afternoon or evening, it's totally up to you! Pick whatever fits best into your routine and watch the magic happen.
We would not recommend using Divi’s Scalp Serum on your eyebrows, beard, mustache or any other part of your face. Skin on the face is even more sensitive than the scalp, so it may cause irritation.
A full ingredient list is available on the Scalp Serum product page. Ingredients are also listed on the product packaging.
When you stop using Divi’s Scalp Serum, there should not be reverse effects. For example, if you have experienced hair growth, that hair will not fall out when you stop using Divi’s Scalp Serum. However, of course, stopping using the product will mean you are no longer receiving the benefits of it. It's the same way that if you use moisturizer for a regular period of time and then stop using it, your skin will likely feel dry. If you stop using Divi’s Scalp Serum, your scalp will stop receiving the benefits, but you are by no means locked into using the product forever!
We recommend using Divi’s Scalp Serum daily for 3 continuous months to see best results. That said, you may experience benefits after just a few uses including a soothed scalp, less dryness or itchiness and less product buildup.
We recommend using 1ml of Scalp Serum a day for your entire scalp or trouble areas. With this usage, our 30ml bottles will last 30 days and our 100ml bottles will last more than 3 months.
Our recommendation to use 3/4 dropper (1ml) a day will make your bottle last 30 days (or 100 if you have the 100ml bottle.) You can, however, use as much Scalp Serum as you'd like to spot treat any particular areas of concern. Just keep in mind, if you are using more than 3/4 dropper daily, you will need to restock your Scalp Serum sooner!
We're so sorry this happened! If any of our products have gotten in your eye, we recommend flushing with water immediately. While you may experience some pain in the eye, there is no cause for alarm as our products have undergone dermatologist testing and have been deemed safe. The irritation is likely because of the essential oils like peppermint oil included in our formula. By continuing to splash water, you are diluting these even more and the pain will subside shortly. If you experience any further issues, we recommend contacting your doctor for further assistance.

We always recommend running any and all combinations past your physician.

We recognize that some users have more sensitive scalps than others. You will still have the same benefits of applying our Scalp Serum whether there is a tingly feeling or not! Some users report a more pronounced tingly feeling if they use the serum immediately after showering on clean, damp hair—so that may be worth a try!
The color of Divi’s Scalp Serum may differ slightly per batch of Scalp Serum made. Sometimes it's a bit clearer or whiter than in our images, but rest assured that the serum formula has not changed.
Divi’s Scalp Serum does not contain synthetic or artificial fragrances, so the smell is derived from the scents of the ingredients, such as peppermint and tea tree oil. We do not attempt to mask these scents with synthetic or artificial fragrances as they can be irritating, drying and overall harmful for skin and hair.
Our products are vegan, clean and very gentle—making them suitable for all skin and hair types. That being said, everyone is different, and some people are more sensitive to different ingredients. If you are concerned about how your body will react, we recommend doing a spot test on your inner arm to check for sensitivity.
